Jesse Darling lives and works in Berlin. Their practice spans sculpture, installation, video, drawing, sound, text, and performance. In 2021, they released their first collection of poetry, 'Virgins', Monitor Books (Salford, UK).

Jesse Darling has received commissions from MoMA Warsaw, The Serpentine Gallery, London, and Volksbühne, Berlin among others. Recent solo exhibitions include: 'Gravity Road', Kunstverein Freiburg (Freiburg im Breisgau, DE 2020); ‘Crevé’, Triangle France - Astérides (Marseille, FR 2019); 'Selva Oscar', Galerie Sultana (Paris, FR 2019); and ‘The Ballad of Saint Jerome’, Art Now, Tate Britain (London, UK 2018).
